Welcome to The 418 Venue + Studio. By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking services through our forms or platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payments All bookings are made via Dubsado. A non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your date and time. Full payment details will be outlined in your proposal or agreement.

2. Services Offered We provide hourly and package-based rentals for events, photography sessions, workshops, and classes. Some services include add-ons or optional support. Please review your package details carefully before confirming.

3. Membership Terms We currently offer a photography membership program. All membership terms, including usage, scheduling, and fees, will be detailed in your agreement. All payments are final and non-refundable.

4. Cancellation & Refunds All payments made are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

5. Use of Space Clients agree to use the space respectfully and leave it in the same condition it was found. Any damages or excessive cleaning may result in additional fees.

6. Updates We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
