We’re The 418 Venue + Studio, a warm, modern space built for weddings, events, classes, workshops, and photo sessions. Think clean lines, warm brick, brass accents, generous natural light, and a layout that flexes with your vision. Our goal is simple: make hosting beautiful and easy so you can be fully present for the moments that matter.

Why we created The 418

We (Ashleigh & Aimee) have spent years on both sides of events. Planning, photographing, facilitating, and attending. We know how much energy it takes to pull off something great.

We wanted a venue that felt elevated yet welcoming, where logistics are smooth, the light is kind (photographers, you’ll love it), and the details don’t get in the way of connection.

• Ashleigh brings over a decade of photography and client experience to help you design a flow that photographs beautifully.

• Aimee brings deep front-of-house and event execution expertise (plus a wellness background) to keep everything calm, coordinated, and guest-friendly.

Together, we built a space that does the heavy lifting so your planning can be focused and fun.

• Weddings: Ceremony to reception in one place, with room to style, celebrate, and wind down without the midnight scramble.

• Events: From showers and pop-ups to corporate mixers and launches, the room adapts to your program and looks great doing it.

• Classes & Workshops: Quiet, modern, and distraction-free for learning, movement, and team sessions.

How booking works

1. View availability: Our calendar is view-only so you can quickly see open dates and times.

2. Submit an inquiry: Tell us what you’re planning (wedding, event, class, or session) and your preferred timing.

3. Tour (optional): Come see the space, talk layouts, and check light windows.

4. Reserve: Your date is secured with a signed agreement and retainer.

5. Plan with ease: We’ll coordinate access, add-ons, and a simple run-of-show so the day flows.

Not seeing the exact time you want? Reach out. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

For photographers & creators

We built The 418 to be creator-friendly. Clean backgrounds, flattering neutrals, and room to style. We also offer a curated selection of studio props and furniture by request.

Frequent user? A Photography Membership is in the works.

For facilitators & teams

Hosting a training, wellness session, or team off-site? The space stays calm and focused, with simple set-ups for tables, chairs, and AV basics (speaker + mic available). Recurring series are welcome; we can help you lock in a consistent slot.
